Eurostars 50TR Seawater Chiller is Ready for Delivery to Chile

Eurostars 50TR air cooing seawater chiller is ready, which will be exported to our Chile client; this chiller will be for seafood farming.

Seawater chiller can be used for Seafood Restaurants, Seafood Wholesale Markets, Aquarium Tank, Seafood Farming ,ocean pavilion, sea park,etc. Someone call this chiller aquarium chiller, or fish tank chiller.

From the name seawater chiller, we can find out that the secondary refrigerant is seawater not ordinary water chiller ; so there are must different configurations between ordinary chillers. Here we want to introduce seawater chiller main components one by one.

COMPRESSOR

Adopt word famous brand high efficiency scroll type compressor, Such as Copeland, Danfoss, Panasonic,etc.

These scroll compressors are patent flexible design provide best ability of fluid-attack resistance and impurity tolerance, and continuous compression output ensure the pulse of air flow to be reduced, with low vibration noise.

AIR SIDE HEAT EXCHANGER-CONDENSER

Eurostars Self-made high efficiency, special “V” shaped design, inner grooved patent sawtooth copper tube and Aluminum fin guarantee efficient heat exchange between the heat exchanger and ambient air. Of course, Copper fin, Electrophoresis fin, epoxy resin fin is optional for corrosive chiller installation environment.

WATER SIDE HEAT EXCHANGER-EVAPORATOR

This part is very important for seawater chiller, of course it is very different from ordinary chiller. Eurosatrs adopt shell and tube evaporator for big size seawater chiller, but the shell is not carbon steel, it is PVC material; and tube is not cooper tube, it is Titanium tube. As we know PVC and Titanium material is resistant to sea water corrosion.

THROTTLING DEVICE

Adopt superior quality famous exterior balanced thermal expansion valve throttling device, which is high reliability and adjustability, can realize precise refrigerant and temperature control to ensure operating

in precise and reliable status.

CHILLER WATER PILE LINE

Adopt PVC material water pipe or connection parts including flanges, elbows, check valves, etc; which are also resistant to sea water corrosion. This is very different from ordinary chiller.

CIRCULATION WATER PUMP

Adopt famous brand horizontal type centrifugal water pump, the material of pump water flow part is also PVC material. This is very different from ordinary chiller.
