Eurostars Keeps Improving Manufacturing Technique

Recently Eurostars keeping investments to improve the manufacturing technique for axial fan’s air stream guidance integral formed. It avoids welding and no welding points at all, no leakage, featuring with high tightness. We have shared the manufacturing video to domestic and overseas customers, they are all satisfied with this improvement, and hope it can be adopted for air cooled chillers sooner.  

Since Eurostars relocated in the end of 2019, Eurostars company has invested a lot of capital to update advanced production and inspection equipments, including CNC lathes, automated laser cutting machines, digital CNC bending machines, shielded welding machines, automatic high-speed fin punchers, heat exchanger tube expanders, automatic copper tube straight and cutting machines, U type copper tube benders, CNC three-dimensional tube benders, heat exchanger tube punchers, and automatic refrigerant filling machines, to ensure the excellent performance and excellent quality of the products, a certain scale of production capacity and technological innovation ability has been formed in the industry.

Eurostars continues chiller outdoors environments rain resistance testing last Friday, it was heavy raining, we took chiller to outside for the whole day, and started to inspect the chiller electrical components, controller board, compressor, axial fans, water pumps, etc.,all worked regularly and it is completely conform to outdoors raining environment, and we also did endurance testing for chiller casing, all our chiller casings adopt RAL#7035 color and electrostatic smooth surface spray with outdoors powder, Eurostars chillers cannot be rusted for a long time, it is very important to pass this endurance test, esp. for poultry industry, chillers always installed outdoors and far away from house. We sold more than hundreds of chillers to San. Company, they are top leader in poultry industry, and gave big thumbs for our chillers working, no rusting casing, and outdoors rain resistant was excellent working.
