Our customer is a group company of plastic products, with many branches in the local area, and the demand for chillers is relatively large, this is not our first cooperation. Customers have purchased multiple chillers from our company, including scroll chillers, screw chillers, and the total cooling capacity has reached 1,200 tons till now.

In the injection molding process of plastic products, whether they can be cooled  in a timely and effective manner will directly affect the product's surface finish and shape qualification rate, thereby affecting production efficiency, production costs and corporate profits. The production of plastic containers (bottle blowing) and packaging film is even more inseparable from ice water machines. If the plastic container cannot be cooled and shaped in time during the production process, the produced container will not be full, uneven in wall thickness, not bright in color, or even unable to form, resulting in low product quality. If there is no cold water cooling in the production of packaging film, the molding cannot produce qualified products. If the cold water provided by the chiller is used for cooling, not only can the product quality be greatly improved, but also the production efficiency can be improved.
