But there are some occasions, is not simply according to the temperature to choose the air cooler fin spacing, such as meat, vegetables, fast precooling, acid discharge, although the cold room temperature is generally set above 0℃, because of the goods high primary temperature, fast cooling speed, the high humidity ;if choose 4mm or 4.5mm fin distance air cooler, it is not appropriate, must use of 8mm or even 10mm fin spacing air cooler.

There are similar to the storage of garlic, apples and other fruits and vegetables, the appropriate storage temperature is generally -2℃, like this storage temperature is lower than 0℃ preservation or air-conditioned cold storage, also need to choose the air cooler with fin distance not less than 8mm, in order to avoid rapid frosting caused by air channel blockage, increased power consumption.
