1.Visual inspection leak detecting

There are major defects, unless the system suddenly breaks a large leakage point, and the system leakage is liquid colored medium, otherwise the visual detection of leakage cannot be located, because the leakage is usually very small, and many parts of the refrigeration system can hardly be seen.
2. Bubble water or soapy water leak detecting
Charge 10-20 kg / cm2 nitrogen, then apply soap water in all parts of the system, the bubble is the leakage point. This approach is the most common leak detection method of maintenance workers, but the human arm is limited, and the perspective range of people is limited. Many times do not see the leakage point at all.
3. Nitrogen water leak detecting
Charge 10-20 kg / cm2 pressure nitrogen in the system, immerse the system in water, the bubble is the leakage point. This method is clearly disadvantage: the water is easily entered into the system, resulting in corrosion of materials within the system, and high pressure gases may also cause greater damage to the system, and the labor intensity is also very large.
4. Fluorescence leak detection
It is the principle of bright yellow-green light using fluorescence leakage agents in an ultraviolet / blue leakage lamp, and fluid leakage in various systems is detected. In use, simply add a fluorescent to the system in a certain scale, the system operates 20 minutes, and the special glasses are applied, and the leakage lamp is irradiated with yellow fluorescence.
5. Gas differential pressure leak detection
Use the pressure difference inside and outside the system to enlarge the pressure difference through the sensor, express the leakage results in a digital or sound or electronic signal. This method is also "qualitative" to know if the system is leaking without accurately find the leakage point.
6. Halogen lamp leak
Ignite the detecting light, hold air tube on the halogen lamp on hand, when the tube is close to the system leakage, the flame color becomes a purple blue, that means there is a large number of leaks here. This approach has an open flame, which is not only dangerous, but the open flame and refrigerant combination will produce harmful gases, and it is not easy to accurately position the drain point. So this approach is now almost no one use.
7. Electronic leak detector leak
