Eurostars Glycol Chiller And Cooling Tower Exported To Philippines

Recently we have loaded 40HQ container with water cooled screw glycol chiller and related cooling tower for Philippines customer. Our client is involved in business for beverages cooling for many years, this time water cooled glycol chiller is adopted for coconut milk cooling.
Client required chiller cooling capacity 500~530KW based on cold liquid outlet temperature -2 degrees Celsius,
and related cooling tower to match with the chiller. We adopted dual systems with Hanbell screw compressors, refrigerant R404A, and round type counter flow induced type cooling tower to meet their needs.
Besides, we exported air cooled condensing unit with Bitzer screw compressor to Singapore client. It is a fast cooling cold room, with required room temperature -35~-40℃. It’s customized refrigeration unit, client will prepare condenser with axial fans by themselves, and require our controller needs to control their split condenser. We adopted Bitzer screw compressor with cooling capacity 64KW with evaporating temperature -35℃, refrigerant R404A, Siemens PLC control module, touch screen display, Danfoss solenoid valve, liquid receiver and oil separator.
Eurostars ESGW and EGSA series condensing units are applicable for large size,-25 ℃ ~-40 ℃ low temperature refrigeration system;such as large size cold room, ice making industry,blast freezing,etc:
(1)Adopt German Bitzer HSN series semi-hermetic screw compressor,with high reliability,high efficiency,low noise,long service life;
(2)Main refrigeration parts and control parts adopt word famous brand with high reliability;
(3)With a variety of protection devices,such as compressor run with wrong direction,over heat protection, over load protection, discharge temperature protection, low oil level protection, oil flow protection, high and low pressure protection,etc;
(4)Be equipped with economizer which increase the cooling capacity for low temperature operation;
(5)Multi stage energy adjustments according to cooling capacity to save operation cost;
(6)Other kinds of power supply not mentioned in the specification is optional.
