Quality Control
We EUROSTARS not only have a complete Q.A. & Q.C. system, but also have framed a well defined quality management system under the supervision of quality inspectors.
1. Quality Training
Every member who is related to product quality will have quality trainings per week.
2. Raw material quality control
All raw materials and spare parts require to be checked before been acceptant, for unqualified spare parts, they will be sent back to supplier and not allowed to use.
3. Production quality control
During production, quality is controlled through self-checking, mutual inspection, special inspection, performance testing in labs.
4. Outgoing Quality Control or Inspection before shipment and delivery
Before shipment or delivery, all products will be cleaned carefully, packed with plastic film and wooden case, make sure shipment and delivery safety.
