As we all know, energy is the material basis for the existence and development of human society and the guarantee of human survival. The development of human society and the utilization of energy are inseparable. Among them, water source heat pump heating is one of the frontiers of international air conditioning and refrigeration industry. It is the main form of renewable energy utilization such as solar energy and geothermal energy, and it is also the most promising energy-saving and environmental protection device and system. 
Water Source Heat Pump Working Principle
The temperature of the shallow water at the surface of the Earth, which absorbs radiation from the sun entering the earth, is generally very stable. The working principle of water source heat pump unit is to transfer the heat in the building to the water in summer, because the water temperature is low, so it can efficiently take away the heat, and in winter, the energy is extracted from the water, and the heat pump principle through air or water as a refrigerant to raise the temperature to the building.  
Usually the water source heat pump consumes 1kW of energy, and the user can get more than 4kW of heat or cooling.  Water source heat pump (WSHP) takes water as heat source and cooling medium in both heating and cooling process, that is, to switch working medium loop to implement heat and cooling operation. As the medium of heat pump heating and refrigeration process, water can be used to meet the following two conditions: one is that the temperature of water is between 7℃ and 30℃, and the other is that the water should be sufficient.  Source water can be all kinds of industrial waste water, domestic water, seawater, rivers, rivers, etc., or even all kinds of industrial waste heat.

1).Significant environmental benefits
Water source heat pump (WSHP) is a heating and air conditioning system that uses surface water as a cold and heat source for energy conversion. Heating without coal, gas, oil and other boiler room system, no combustion process, to avoid smoke, sewage pollution and other pollution; The cooling water tower is omitted during the cooling, and the noise, mold pollution and water consumption of the cooling tower are avoided. Therefore, water source heat pump is a clean renewable energy technology.  
The water temperature available to the efficient water source heat pump unit is 12~22℃ in winter, and the water temperature is higher than the ambient air temperature, so the evaporation temperature of the heat pump cycle is improved, and the energy efficiency ratio is also improved. In summer, the water body is 18~35℃, and the water temperature is lower than the ambient air temperature, so the condensation temperature of refrigeration is reduced, which makes the cooling effect better than air cooling and cooling tower type, and the unit efficiency is improved. The EPA estimates that well-designed WSHP can, on average, save 30 to 40 percent of the operating costs of heating, cooling and air conditioning.  
2). Energy saving
The electric energy used by the WSHP itself is a kind of clean energy, but when generating electricity, it consumes primary energy and leads to the emission of pollutants and carbon dioxide greenhouse gases.  A well-designed water source heat pump unit, compared with an air source heat pump, is equivalent to a reduction of more than 30% of the power consumption, compared with electric heating, is equivalent to a reduction of more than 70% of the power consumption. Therefore, water source heat pump in energy saving but also reduce and reduce the primary energy consumption in the process of power generation pollution emissions and greenhouse effect.  
3). Wide application range
It can be widely used in central heating and cooling of hotels, office buildings, schools, shops, villas and residential areas, as well as air conditioning of other commercial and industrial buildings, and can be used in swimming pools, dairy processing, beer brewing, cold rolling forging, cold storage and indoor planting and constant temperature breeding industries. A set of equipment can be used for cooling, heating, but also to provide domestic hot water. For air conditioning system, a heat pump provides two kinds of heat sources, can save one-time investment, its total investment is only 60% of the traditional air conditioning system, and easy to install, installation workload is less than other air conditioning system, installation period is short, easy to change the installation.
