Air Cooled Glycol Chiller For Oceania Market Milk Cooling Industry

We have finished production of air cooled industrial glycol chillers, and 1*40HQ container loaded yesterday.
Customer required chillers for livestock farms, chilled water outlet temperature 4℃, considering those farms are remote and faraway from city center, and limited installation space, we suggest air cooled chiller(finned condenser, no need cooling tower), water cooled chiller is not suitable, because of complicated installation and occupy much space together with cooling tower.
For the first trial order, customer purchased total 6 units, including model ESSA-12IDTN, 15IDTN, 20IDTN, power supply 415V/50HZ/3PH, plate evaporator, Copeland scroll compressor, refrigerant R407C, outdoors installation, hydrophilic blue aluminum fin. We adopted Fengshen branded low and high pressure controller to replace detachable type, equip sight glass, also condensing pressure switch to avoid low pressure alarm in winter time. We suggest customer adds glycol to anti-freezing liquid when setting temperature below 5℃.
