Eurostars Carry Out "5S" Management Activities

On March 10, Eurostars held the Workshop "5S" Production Activity Startup Conference, and company's middle and senior management personnel and all employees of the workshop participated in this meeting.
At the kick-off meeting, Director Xue explained the essence of "5S" through pictures, videos and other multimedia means, namely: finishing, rectification, cleaning, cleaning and literacy. Through the top-down promotion and the participation of all the staff, we cleaned the "required" and "do not" materials on the site, and cleaned the "unwanted" materials out of the production site, so as to achieve the finishing of the production site and avoid the wrong use of the materials. Then, according to the needs of the employees' individual work positions, the materials and tools on the site are reasonably set and placed, and the "My Area" standard setting map is drawn. In the daily production process, the area is strictly organized according to the standard setting map. Giving site inspections, giving inspections, constantly discovering problems through cleaning, rectifying problems, gradually forming a system, and finally making employees develop good habits.
At the meeting, general manager Mr.Liu put forward the requirements of "three nos" and "three fixed" to the managers and employees. The management personnel must do "no waiting for materials, no empty, non-stop production line", and the employees must have "material fixed position, fixed position of personnel, fixed capacity of work".
